What to Include

Include the Keep Time version, iPhone model, iOS version, the mode you were using, and the action that did not work.

Notification and Audio

Confirm notifications are enabled for Keep Time in iOS Settings. Check device volume, Silent mode, the selected audio route, and whether Lower Other Audio is enabled. Background alert delivery is controlled by iOS.

iCloud

Confirm iCloud Drive is enabled and the device is signed in to an Apple Account. Routine sync is part of Keep Time Unlock. Keep Time remains usable offline; routine changes sync when iCloud becomes available. If iCloud Routines shows Paused after you deleted Keep Time's iCloud data, tap it and choose Resume Sync.

Purchases

If Keep Time Unlock does not appear on a new device, open Library, then Settings, and select Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that bought it. Family members can use the unlock through Family Sharing.

System Limitations

Live Activities are status-only. iOS controls background notification delivery, audio interruptions, and when a Live Activity is removed. Include these conditions when describing a problem.
